PGM, FNA and FILCO Form Strategic Alliance

Jerome Tepper, President and Joseph Trapani, Vice President of Professional Group Marketing, Inc., have announced the formation of a strategic alliance with two leading General Agencies in the Greater Metropolitan area. Professional Group Marketing, Inc. (PGM) will be joined in the alliance by First National Administrators (FNA) and Fiduciary Intermediary LTD (FILCO).

The alliance will be branded under FNA and creates a market force in the Northeast that will offer brokers and their insured's access to new and essential markets, a superior support team, and a full continuum of employee benefit resources. The core markets for each organization are truly synergistic and in fact will complement each other. What this means is truly solid networking opportunities and a true gain in the overall broker base.

With a combined employee base of over 100 Associates, the three firms have a stellar reputation for serving brokers and they each have a distinct marketing footprint in this marketplace. Larry Lynch of FNA, Philip Fina, William Pappas and Brian Cullen of FILCO will join together with Jerome Tepper and Joseph Trapani to realize one of the most forward thinking, commanding and experienced leadership teams ever assembled in the industry. From its cutting-edge, expanded product line in the employee benefits arena, worksite solutions, Professional Employer Organization (PEO) partnership, and a host of key product offerings, this strategic alliance, slated for launch in the spring is positioned to service the needs of more than 6,500 brokers in the Northeast.
